Job Description

Jibunu is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to serve as a “Swiss Army Knife” by supporting and/or owning various marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate would be someone who is curious, always learning, and looking to make a meaningful impact on the organization they are a part of. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however recent college graduates may also be considered.

Duties of the Sales and Marketing Assistant include:

  • Scheduling and participating in calls with clients and prospects
  • Updating company and contact records within CRM (Hubspot)
  • Identifying and researching potential customers
  • Reaching out to and following up with customers and prospects
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ABM strategies
  • Writing blog posts and other long form content
  • Social media management
  • Writing copy for website, brochures, and other marketing materials
  • Creating quotes for client projects
  • Quality assurance testing of online surveys
  • Support and ownership of other activities may be added over time

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications (Preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft office is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential. Basic mathematic skills are necessary. Neat, professional personal appearance and behavior are important.
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and dynamic, goal-oriented environment
  • The right candidate must work well under tight deadlines and be able to independently manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.

Candidates must demonstrate eligibility for employment in the U.S.
