Data Protection Framework (DPF)
Jibunu is committed to upholding the highest standards of data privacy and security, aligning our practices with the new Data Protection Framework (DPF) that went into effect on July 17, 2023. This framework replaces the former EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield agreements, providing updated guidelines for the transfer, collection, use, and retention of personal information from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Jibunu is under the enforcement authority of the Federal Trade Commission to adhere to the EU-U.S., the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and Swiss-U.S. DPF. It may be possible, under certain limited conditions, for European Union individuals to invoke binding arbitration before the DPF Panel to be created by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission.
We have also engaged in third-party dispute resolution services for complaints that are not resolved through direct engagement with our team. These services are offered at no cost to you, ensuring an impartial process for resolving disputes related to our compliance with the DPF.
For additional details on the DPF and its principles, please visit the official website of the respective data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
